August 15, 2010: We had an awesome night at Härterei last Tuesday when we had the honor to share the stage with US punkrock legends Bad Religion, so thanks very much to everybody who made this possible, the entire crew at Härterei, the incredible crowd for giving us so much support even though you were all waiting for Bad Religion to play - THANKS!
We recently checked out the website of our label Block Action Music, just for fun, and we noticed it does not exist anymore. No more Block Action Music. It seems, Mr. Birol really didn't think it was necessary to even tell us he was going to stop his label project. That's kind of a fucking shame, isn't it? That's NOT HOW IT'S DONE! Never mind the bollocks, have a good time and see y'all soon!
August 3, 2010: We've got some really thrilling news: The Droogs are sharing the stage with punkrock legends BAD RELIGION - next Tuesday July 10 at Club Härterei in Zürich. Thanks a LOT to Gadget agency for giving us this chance, we are really looking forward to this! See you next week!
May 23, 2010: It's been a while, I know, my apologies, but we've all been very busy the past months. We played two great shows in the meantime, one last week at GGS31 - first time since 2008 - together with the Czech band PNS and The Glim Project, again, thank you to everybody who made this possible, Shalel, Lisa, Nico and the whole team, and big cheers to the other bands!
The other show was yesterday, in Wetzikon at a pub called The Classroom. This was something quite new for us, we were the only band for the whole evening, and we played two sets with a cigarette break in between. It was a wonderful evening, thank you so much to Ueli and his great team, and thank you to everybody who came out just to see us and drink with us! If you'd like, you can meet us next Saturday at Widder in Winterthur, we'll play there for the first time ever, together with Catchpole. Free entry, affordable drinks, cool people - don't miss this! Take care, the lot of you!
February 20, 2010: Well we had another wonderful night at Sedel and we'd like to thank everybody for coming and partying with us! It was a real honor for us to share the stage with two of England's most legendary punkrock bands, so cheers to the UK Subs and The Vibrators! Another thank you goes to the Moped Lads for inviting us to play for all their incredible work they do!
Next up: The Classroom Wetzikon on May 22, we're really excited about that and we hope to see you all there! Have a good time!
